Job summary

Headhunters is seeking a results-driven sales professional for the Eastern Cape waste management sector. You will develop new business, manage existing clients, and drive revenue through proactive outreach and strategic account management.

The role requires matric, a tertiary qualification in sales/marketing, and a proven track record in sales, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to meet targets independently on site in Gqeberha.

Qualifications

• Matric/ Senior Certificate essential.
• Tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience advantageous.
• Experience in waste management or related industry preferred.
• Proven track record in a sales environment.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Valid EB driver’s licence essential.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to generate new business and meet targets.
• Develop new business and grow revenue within markets.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients through service calls and calls.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals as required.
• Coordinate communication with clients on service-related matters.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improved service and sales.
