Compass Medical Waste Services Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive for our KZN, Westmead branch. You will aim to meet monthly sales targets, develop existing customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities across private and public sectors.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/medical representation, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s licence. You will travel occasionally and contribute to market research and reports.

Qualificações

• Matric or Grade 12 / NQF 4
• Minimum 5 years sales / medical representative experience
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Sales and Marketing Diploma / Nursing Diploma preferred
• Knowledge of Health Care Risk Waste Industry preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliable transport with a valid driver’s licence
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Computer literate and able to formulate reports

Key Responsibilities

• Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
• Managing customer requirements to understand, anticipate and meet their needs practically, while spotting potential sales opportunities.
• Increase and generate new business sales through existing customer base (up sales/cross sales).
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and opportunities.
• Educate customers on the industry requirements.
• Secure business through signing of long-term service level agreements (customer retention).
• Oversee customers in both the private and public sectors.
• General administration.
• Gather market, customer, and competitor information.
• Work well under pressure and maintain effectiveness during changing conditions.
