Job summary

Compass Medical Waste Services Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive for our KZN, Westmead branch. You will aim to meet monthly sales targets, develop existing customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities across private and public sectors.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/medical representation, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s licence. You will travel occasionally and contribute to market research and reports.

Qualifications

• Matric or Grade 12 / NQF 4
• Minimum 5 years sales / medical representative experience
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Sales and Marketing Diploma / Nursing Diploma preferred
• Knowledge of Health Care Risk Waste Industry preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliable transport with a valid driver’s licence
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Computer literate and able to formulate reports
