Job summary

Msxinternational is seeking a Warranty Clerk/Service-related role to manage warranty claims, administer submissions and maintain records for OEM compliance. The ideal candidate will have automotive industry experience and familiarity with warranty cycles.

The position requires processing warranty documentation, auditing claims, and communicating warranty programs to service staff. Ford experience is preferred, with strong data entry and attention to detail critical for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience as Service Advisor, Warranty Clerk or technical background in the motor industry.
• DMS experience (Automate, Evolve, ADP/Kerridge) is an advantage.
• Ford experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research warranties concerns; prepare and customise warranty papers.
• Review warranty claims; administer and submit for approval.
• Monitor repair order completion for authorization per warranty requirements.
• Monitor customer inquiries on warranty issues.
• Communicate warranty programs and bulletins to aftersales staff.
• Ensure compliance with warranty specifications.
• Enter data and maintain warranty claim filings.
• Manage all warranty claim submissions and resubmissions as required.
• Prepare documents for warranty audits as per OEM recommendations.
• Maintain a warranty parts store in line with OEM specifications.
• Keep records of customer details and warrantor references.

Job description

• Evaluate databases and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings.
• Manage all warranty claim submission, resubmit claims if required and ensure appropriate action is completed.
• Prepare documents for all warranty audits as per OEM recommendation
• Manage and upkeep of a warranty parts store in line with OEM manufacturers specification
• Maintain records of customer details and warrantor references.
