Responsibilities

Oversee all inventory control in the warehouse, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Implement and maintain robust inventory procedures and best practices.
Carry out cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances promptly.
Maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for stock accuracy.
Train and supervise warehouse staff on inventory control.
Monitor stock levels and address slow-moving or obsolete items.
Ensure safe handling and storage of goods to minimize damage.
Collaborate with purchasing and sales to forecast needs and replenish stock.
Promote safety and efficiency within the inventory control team in Rustenburg.
