Job summary

AB InBev Africa is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator to lead daily inventory counts, manage stock accuracy in SAP, and enforce layout and safety standards across the warehouse.

The role requires a 3-year diploma/degree and 2+ years in warehouse/logistics, with strong planning, communication, and coaching abilities. A mix of hands-on and systems-based work, including Oasis and SAP, is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-year relevant diploma/degree.
• 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience.
• Highly computer-literate (MS Office, Oasis, handheld devices).
• SAP proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Good self-management and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Physically perform and lead the morning inventory counts and track variances.
• Maintain and improve inventory accuracy through problem solving and SOP adherence.
• Ensure SAP reflects stock movements and layout standards are followed.
• Develop and maintain 5S and location-based inventory systems.
• Manage picking, packing, loading/unloading processes and KPI tracking.
• Drive productivity and labour planning to meet GOP targets.
• Enforce safe warehousing practices and process compliance.
