Job summary

AB InBev Africa in Sandton seeks a Distribution Planner to execute daily routes for distribution centres, ensuring KPI targets and customer service levels are met. The role involves managing SAP, WinRoute, and SharePoint platforms, maintaining master data, and driving load plans across multiple depots with ongoing feedback to the distribution teams.

You will engage daily with on-site Expeditors and DC teams, maintain governance across data systems, and contribute to project work and LCP

Qualifications

• 3-year tertiary qualification is required.
• 2-3 years of planning experience in an FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical ability and knowledge of governance principles are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain SAP, WinRoute, and SharePoint platforms.
• Execute SAP master data implementation protocols.
• Maintain WinRoute planning database and ensure data governance.
• Create daily distribution load plans aligned with KPI targets.
• Plan distribution loads for multiple depots within required timeframes.
• Monitor execution and provide feedback to drive improvement.
• Engage with Expeditors, DC teams and on-site staff daily.
• Participate in core project work and drive improvements.
