Job summary

SAB/AB InBev is seeking a Logistics T1 Specialist in South Africa to implement and monitor Tier 1 logistics strategies. You will ensure service levels by aligning production, warehouse and transport plans, while reducing waste and improving KPI performance.

Ideal candidates will have a 3-year diploma, 2+ years in logistics management, strong IT skills, and experience with distribution optimisation programs. This role is on-site and requires readiness to adapt to change.

Qualifications

• 3-year diploma or degree required.
• 2 years of management experience in Logistics or Supply.
• Experience with Distribution Plant Optimization programme.
• Warehouse and stock experience advantageous.
• Proficient IT user in MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and control the Finished Goods and Returnable Container plan for production.
• Support production performance and execution against the production plan.
• Manage FG warehouse capacities for efficient space utilisation.
• Maintain a safe working environment with zero Lost Time Injuries in Warehouse operations.
• Monitor T1 KPI's to drive warehouse productivity and efficiency.
• Define T1 transportation requirements and fleet sizing to meet demand.
• Coordinate with regional plans for load plan attainment and inventory deployment.
