Job summary

SAB Bellville Depot is hiring an Inventory Clerk to manage finished goods inventory within the SAP system, ensure accurate recording of movements and uphold quality controls across the distribution chain.

The role requires 2–3 years in stock control, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office skills. It is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on accuracy, timely reporting and process governance within a SA facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics or Sciences.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a Stock Control environment.
• Knowledge of Stock Control Processes.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Attention to detail and problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage FG inventory within SAP and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile variances in SAP.
• Ensure compliance with quality and aging policies (DPO/VPO).
• Document and report stock movements, variances and obsolescence.
