Job summary

The South African Breweries seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in KwaZulu-Natal to manage shift planning and inventory control, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of internal and external customer orders.

You will lead counts, optimize layouts, and drive quality, picking standards, productivity, and safety. A 3-year diploma and 2+ years of warehouse experience, SAP proficiency, and strong coaching/change-management skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3-year diploma/degree required
• 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience
• Highly computer-literate (MS Office, Oasis, handheld devices)
• SAP proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and planning skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Physically perform and lead the morning inventory count process
• Identify root causes of inventory variances and implement action plans to improve Inventory Accuracy KPI
• Reduce supply chain overheads through problem-solving tools
• Create and manage warehouse tools to ensure FEFO
• Track and trend Inventory Accuracy
• Ensure movement of materials reflects in the SAP system at all times
• Ensure adherence to warehouse layout zones
• Maintain 5S and SOPs, drive continuous improvements
