• Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics such as throughput and accuracy.

• Contribute to remote strategic discussions regarding warehouse improvements and efficiency gains.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
