Our client, a prominent logistics and warehousing company operating in Rustenburg, North West , is actively searching for a diligent and proactive Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead their operations during critical shifts. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all warehouse activities, maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team, managing daily tasks, and upholding operational excellence. This is an on-site position, requiring dedicated presence within the warehouse facility to directly oversee and guide the workforce. Your leadership will be key to achieving daily targets and ensuring operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff during assigned shifts.
