Job summary

Exceed HR and Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Stock Controller for a permanent role based in Maitland, Cape Town. You will manage stock movement across multiple warehouses, verify incoming stock against orders, and ensure accurate, real-time stock records while liaising with sales and other departments.

The role requires experience in warehouse or stock control, strong numerical skills, and the ability to implement efficient control processes in a factory environment.

• Reliable, hands-on and able to take ownership of stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure new products are correctly labelled, scanned and captured on the system.

• Maintain accurate, real-time stock records and monitor stock availability.
• Implement and improve stock control processes to reduce discrepancies and prevent stock-outs.
• Maintain organised warehouse areas in line with food safety standards.
• Liaise with sales and other departments regarding stock availability and discrepancies.
• Support and train staff on stock control procedures.
