Job summary

Oxyon Human Capital Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Controller Finished Goods in Johannesburg. The role requires supervising warehouse and packing staff and coordinating functions from receiving to dispatch of finished goods.

You will maintain stock records, conduct counts, ensure FIFO where applicable and monitor quality while addressing damaged products. Strong leadership and adherence to ISO/quality processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years' experience in warehouse operations; Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems advantageous.
• Strong stock control and inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse and packing staff.
• Plan and monitor receiving, storage, packing and dispatch of finished goods.
• Ensure products are correctly counted, picked, packed, labelled and dispatched.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Ensure correct stock rotation, including FIFO where applicable.
• Monitor finished goods quality and address damaged or non-conforming products.
• Maintain product traceability, labelling and warehouse documentation.
• Allocate work and manage employee attendance, performance and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and warehouse organisation.
• Prepare and monitor warehouse performance reports.
• Investigate warehouse-related customer complaints and implement corrective action.
• Support audits and ISO Quality Management Systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity and stock accuracy.
• Support 5S, Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Planning, Procurement, Logistics and Sales.

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent – Essential
• Diploma or Certificate in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field is advantageous.
• 3–5 years' experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in injection moulding, plastics or manufacturing will be highly advantageous.
• Experience with WMS and/or ERP systems advantageous.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong stock control and inventory management experience.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
