Qualifications

• Grade 12
• 2-3 years’ experience within a pharmaceutical wholesaler
• Basic pharmaceutical product knowledge
• Registered with SAPC under wholesaler

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily functions comply with SOPs and quality systems
• Maintain good housekeeping practices
• Coordinate QA and packing communications
• Investigate and report errors and service failures
• Check orders accurately (description, pack size, unit, batch, expiry, quantity)
• Update and generate invoices
• Prioritise back-orders and urgent orders
• Handle stock to prevent damages and report issues
• Participate in annual stock takes
• Assist mentoring and customer complaints sessions
• Take on ad hoc tasks from line manager
• Prioritise large workloads and meet deadlines
• Maintain policy guidelines under pressure
• Confidently take charge of short-notice projects
• Willing to work overtime during busy periods
