Our client, a rapidly expanding e-commerce fulfillment center, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Operative Supervisor to oversee a team of warehouse staff in Klerksdorp, North West. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of warehouse operatives, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Demonstrable understanding of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in a warehouse setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
