About the Role

Our client, a key player in the logistics and distribution sector, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Operations Supervisor to lead operations at their hub in Mahikeng, North West . This role is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, managing a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity targets are met. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve performance targets.

• Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, implementing measures to maintain stock integrity.

Requirements
