Job summary

The Staff Connection in Durban seeks a Warehouse Lead to guide a team toward achieving operational targets. You will oversee receiving, warehousing, stock control and dispatch.

Implement cycle counts and FIFO, coordinate staff and transport, and ensure OHS compliance while identifying opportunities to boost warehouse performance. Requires a Diploma/Degree in Warehouse or Supply Chain and 5+ years' experience, including 3+ years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management required.
• 5+ years' warehouse experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory/coordinating role.
• Experience working with ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Valid South African driver's licence and own transport.
