Job summary

West Coast Personnel is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client’s team in the Wes-Kaap region. You will assist the Warehouse Manager with daily supervision, coordinate warehouse operations, and ensure accurate stock control and safe working practices.

You will oversee receiving, checking, picking, packing and dispatching, while monitoring compliance with procedures and health and safety standards. You will report issues and provide supervisory support as needed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience managing at least 20 warehouse staff.
• Must reside in surrounding area.
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans.
• Must be physically fit to perform warehouse duties.

• Report operational, staffing, stock and equipment issues to the Warehouse Manager and provide general supervisory support.
