Placements24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager for a key facility in Midrand, Gauteng. The role leads a 20+ person team, overseeing receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch to ensure smooth flow of goods.

You will drive operational excellence, optimize layouts and processes, and implement strict health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. A degree in logistics or SCM is advantageous and data-driven KPI reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse management role within logistics.
• Proven leadership skills managing teams of 20+ personnel.
• Strong understanding of WMS and inventory control principles.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations for warehousing.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track KPIs.
• A degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and dispatch.
