Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve efficiency and cost-effectiveness in warehouse management.
Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and teamwork.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and robust stock control procedures.
Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Implement and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse premises.
Monitor KPIs and generate regular reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.
