Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Warehouse and Distribution Manager to lead our Pretoria hub. You will oversee receiving, storage, order picking, shipping, inventory control, and outbound distribution, driving safety and efficiency across the operation.

You will manage a team of warehouse staff and supervisors, implement best practices in WMS usage, and partner with trucking providers to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective logistics in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse management and distribution operations.
• Proven leadership experience with ability to manage teams.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control techniques.
• Solid understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
