Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and monitor strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet goals and maintain a positive work environment.
