Saint-Gobain SA in Cape Town seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehousing operations, control stock and implement WCM practices. You will supervise inbound/outbound processes, coach the team, and manage budgets while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires a Matric and a Degree/Diploma in Transportation/Logistics or Supply Chain, with 3+ years in logistics and SAP experience. Strong communication and cost-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed Matric and a Degree or Diploma in Transportation/Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, inventory control and warehouse supervision in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years’ management experience in a warehousing environment.
• At least 2 years’ experience working with SAP.

Responsabilités

• Oversee warehousing activities, inbound/outbound planning and raw material stores.
• Plan resources and budget to support daily warehouse operations.
• Coach and manage the team using an individual coaching plan.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Communicate with supervisors, employees and managers to meet goals.
