Job summary

S27a in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take full day-to-day ownership of the factory warehouse and stores, leading a 15-person team and ensuring accuracy in receiving, kitting, and inventory control.

This onsite role requires supervising Team Leaders and Storemen, coordinating with Purchasing, Production, Assembly, Fabrication and Quality, and maintaining stock integrity under production deadlines. Forklift competence and SYSPRO familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse or Stores Supervisor in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is essential.
• Comfortable managing cross-functional coordination across Purchasing, Production, Assembly, Fabrication, and Quality.
• Strong stock-control accuracy, numeracy, and problem-solving under production deadlines.
• Confident leading, allocating work to, and coaching a team.

Responsibilities

• Take full day-to-day ownership of the factory warehouse and stores function.
• Oversee receiving, kitting, inventory control, and stock integrity.
• Provide clear supervisory layer over Team Leaders and Storemen.
