Job summary

Heineken Springs site is seeking a Warehouse Co-ordinator to manage daily inbound/outbound operations, inventory control, and dispatch for finished goods. You will liaise with production, coordinate forklift teams and ensure safety and quality are upheld throughout shifts.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehousing, with at least 2 years in supervision or coordination, and hands-on SAP/WMS experience. FMCG/beverage background is preferred, with a focus on cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing or related field.
• 1–3 years warehouse experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or coordinating role.
• Experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing.
• SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
• Experience leading forklift operators and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations across inbound and outbound activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock ageing.
• Support production with timely pallet receipt, scanning and traceability.
• Coordinate picking, loading and dispatch to ensure on-time customer orders.
• Allocate daily work to forklift operators and warehouse assistants, and coach team members.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance and identify improvements.
