Job summary

Comcore Technology in Midrand is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse professional to manage receiving, put-away, and stock integrity. You will verify documents and specifications, update inventory records promptly, and ensure compliant handling of goods.

Responsibilities include daily stock counts, accurate reconciliation with system data, picking and shipping of orders, and maintaining 5S standards and SA warehouse safety rules.

Job Description:

1. Receiving & Put-away: Responsible for receiving and inspecting imported finished goods, verifying shipping documents, material specifications, and quantities. Ensure compliant put-away and update inventory records in a timely manner.
2. Daily Stock Count: Perform daily inventory counts, reconcile physical stock with system records, investigate and report any discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory data.
3. Picking & Shipping: Pick, double-check, and prepare orders for shipment based on picking documents. Ensure proper material protection, complete handover procedures for dispatched goods, and update system data accordingly.
4. Warehouse Management: Oversee the classified storage, labeling, and regular inspection of finished goods. Implement and maintain 5S standards and South African warehouse safety regulations, keeping the storage area clean, organized, and secure.
5. Additional Duties: Organize and archive warehouse-related documents, and perform other warehousing tasks assigned by supervisors.
