Placements24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead distribution center operations in Mahikeng. The role focuses on efficient and safe management of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, with accountability for inventory accuracy and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have a strong logistics background, proven leadership, and the ability to optimize processes and safety. This on-site leadership role reports to the operations team in the North West province.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Proven experience with inventory management systems and WMS software.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
