Job summary

Network Finance seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations at a leading South African manufacturer. You will manage receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch while driving stock accuracy and safety adherence.

The role requires a minimum of five years in warehouse management within fasteners/industrial hardware or manufacturing sectors, with strong ERP/WMS system knowledge and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' Warehouse Management experience in fastener/industrial hardware or manufacturing industries.
• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing or Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Drive stock accuracy via cycle counts and stock takes.
• Manage warehouse staff performance and health & safety compliance.
• Optimize warehouse efficiencies and monitor KPIs.
• Maintain inventory integrity and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Support continuous operational improvement initiatives.

Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch. Drive stock accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes, manage warehouse staff performance, ensure health and safety compliance, optimise warehouse efficiencies, monitor KPIs, maintain inventory integrity, and ensure exceptional service levels to internal and external customers while supporting continuous operational improvement.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years' Warehouse Management experience within the fastener, bolts & nuts, industrial hardware, engineering, steel, manufacturing or industrial distribution industry.
• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing or Business Management.
• Strong inventory management experience, including stock control, cycle counts, stock accuracy and warehouse optimisation.
• Experience managing warehouse teams, performance management, health & safety compliance and operational KPIs.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, Syspro, Sage, JDA or similar warehouse management systems.
