Job summary

Network Finance is recruiting a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will drive stock accuracy, implement cycle counts and KPI-driven improvements to service levels.

You should have 5+ years in warehouse management within relevant industries, with qualifications in supply chain or related field, and hands-on ERP/WMS experience (SAP/Syspro/Sage/JDA).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Warehouse Management in relevant industries.
• Qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing or Business Management.
• Strong stock control and cycle counts experience.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and KPIs.
• Familiar with SAP, Syspro, Sage or JDA WMS.

Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch. Drive stock accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes, manage warehouse staff performance, ensure health and safety compliance, optimise warehouse efficiencies, monitor KPIs, maintain inventory integrity, and ensure exceptional service levels to internal and external customers while supporting continuous operational improvement.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years' Warehouse Management experience within the fastener, bolts & nuts, industrial hardware, engineering, steel, manufacturing or industrial distribution industry.
• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing or Business Management.
• Strong inventory management experience, including stock control, cycle counts, stock accuracy and warehouse optimisation.
• Experience managing warehouse teams, performance management, health & safety compliance and operational KPIs.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, Syspro, Sage, JDA or similar warehouse management systems.
