Job summary

SAB is seeking a Warehouse Lead at the Chamdor Brewery to drive safety, quality, and logistics performance. You will oversee inbound/outbound operations, stock control, and interface with packaging and brewing processes to ensure accurate ERP records and optimal service levels.

The role requires SAP proficiency, strong planning, and leadership of logistics teams with a focus on FEFO, OTIF, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation and compliance of Excellence programmes (VPO/DPO).
• Oversee safety ownership within logistics operations and conduct safety observations.
• Monitor fleet systems and address driver behaviour.
• Execute daily stock counts, discrepancies, and ERP reconciliation.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics, packing interfaces, and documentation.
• Coordinate with packaging lines and ensure accurate ERP movements.
