Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 year tertiary degree/diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics
• 2 years’ experience in customer service within FMCG Supply Chain/Logistics
• Valid Code 08 Drivers License
• SAP and MS Office proficiency
• Knowledge of customer service principles

Responsibilities

• Manage load plan and day-to-day delivery queries/complaints
• Root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
• Ensure drivers meet offloading standards and maintain customer service levels
• Develop and communicate SOPs for delivery staff
• Supervise in-trade deliveries and ensure SLA adherence
• Coordinate with planning to align master data with customer needs
• Train driver base to identify quality issues and handling methods
