Job summary

SAB is seeking a Warehouse Controller to lead and optimise warehouse operations in the South Africa network. You will oversee inbound and outbound logistics, implement SOPs, and manage budgets to meet annual targets.

The role emphasises safety, quality, and governance, with focus on KPI reporting and cross-functional collaboration across finance, quality, and fleet teams. Ideal candidates bring a 3-year diploma or degree and at least 3 years in warehousing or logistics, with strong SAP, MS

Qualifications

• 3-year diploma or degree is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations is preferred.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound logistics to meet service levels.
• Oversee KPI reporting and problem-solving actions.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards and site policies.
• Maintain GOPs quality standards and FIFO/FEFO processes.
• Coordinate with contractors/3PL and ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor stock accuracy, cycle counts, and inventory controls.
• Drive process improvements in picking, packing and dispatch.
