Lotus Bakeries in Wolseley, South Africa, seeks a Warehouse Team Leader to manage day-to-day warehouse operations for Raw Materials or Packaging Materials. You will oversee receipt, storage, movement, and control of materials, ensuring accurate verification, stock movements, and SAP data integrity.

You will lead the warehouse team, drive safety, compliance, and stock accuracy, and coordinate with the Supply Chain Planning Manager to review weekly receiving schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a dispatch and warehouse environment.
• Solid HACCP and BRC knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wellbeing and performance of direct reports, ensuring a supportive and productive work environment.
• Monitor task completion for accuracy and timeliness, providing guidance as needed.
• Identify non-compliance with policies and arrange corrective actions.
• Coach team members on SOPs relevant to the department.
• Maintain and update training records as proof of coaching.
