Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a site logistics leader to drive inbound logistics, warehousing and inventory control for uninterrupted production. You will translate site priorities into plans, lead the logistics team and partner with SAP to optimize stock, working capital and efficiency.

The role demands deep SAP inventory knowledge, budget discipline, strong KPI management and a focus on safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Typically 5–8 years of progressive logistics, warehousing or supply chain experience with at least 3 years in a people-leadership role.
• Accountability for inventory control, warehouse operations and service delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP inventory processes, SAP MM/WM or equivalent.
• Strong grasp of inventory accounting, cycle counting, stock reconciliation and audit governance.
• Experience in budget control, cost analysis, KPI management and continuous improvement.
• Ability to interpret operational and financial data to drive decisions and action plans.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality, EHS and regulatory requirements in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and control inbound logistics, warehousing, inventory-control and material-handling.
• Determine inventory-control priorities and governance for goods receipt, storage, staging and stock adjustments.
• Optimize stock levels, working capital and warehouse capacity; analyse demand, supply and risk.
• Own logistics KPIs, investigate deviations and drive corrective actions.
• Manage logistics costs and service-provider performance; support budget planning and cost control.
• Lead and develop the logistics team with performance management and capability building.
• Ensure compliance with PepsiCo policies, food-safety, EHS and audit requirements.
• Lead supplier, transporter and service-provider issue resolution and escalations.
• Develop contingency and business-continuity plans for interruptions and peak demand.
• Sponsor continuous-improvement and digital enablement to strengthen SAP and controls.
