Job summary

Empact Group is hiring a banqueting waiter to serve guests at venues and catering events in the Western Cape. You will assist with setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, relay orders, and maintain high sanitation standards with a professional presence.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of banqueting experience in catering, matric, and strong beverage knowledge; hotel experience is a plus. Excellent presentation and teamwork are required.

The Main Purpose of the job

Education and Experience required:

• Minimum of 3-year experience as a banqueting waiter in catering environment is essential


• Matric is essential


• Experience in a Hotel environment will be an advantage


• Strong beverage knowledge

• Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to kitchen for cleaning


• Follow all relevant health department regulations


• Provide excellent customer service to guests
