Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering and development, with at least 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role (e.g., Director of Engineering, VP of Engineering).
• Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling engineering organizations.
• Deep expertise in software architecture, development methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and CI/CD practices.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work full-time from our Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, ZA office.
• Experience in the analytics or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver on time and within budget.
