Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or C#.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
