Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with hybrid teams and remote collaboration.
• Strong technical expertise across programming languages, platforms, and technologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
