Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role.
• Proven experience managing full software development lifecycles for complex applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, React, Angular).
• Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Nelspruit.
