Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Mobilization Officer to strengthen community service initiatives in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will recruit, train and lead a diverse volunteer team, creating strategies to attract volunteers and empower them to contribute effectively.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in volunteer management, HR, or related field in nonprofit sector.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and manage volunteers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Tembisa community dynamics is a plus.
