Job summary

Placements24 in Vereeniging is seeking a polished and proactive Guest Relations Officer to enhance the guest experience at a hotel. You will be the primary contact for VIP guests, handle requests, resolve issues, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and well cared for throughout their stay.

You will coordinate with hotel departments to deliver seamless service, gather guest feedback, and provide management with improvement reports.

Qualifications

Experience in guest relations, front desk, or customer service roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
A professional and elegant demeanor with attention to detail.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
