Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a polished Guest Relations Manager for a luxury hotel in Randburg. You will be the main point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, special requests and issue resolution to elevate the guest experience from arrival to departure.

The role requires at least four years in guest relations or front office in hospitality, with superb service, diplomacy, and PMS proficiency. You will train staff, develop loyalty initiatives and help maintain the brand's exceptional

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in guest relations, front office management, or a similar customer-facing role in hospitality.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
Strong understanding of luxury hotel operations and guest expectations.
Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS).

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of guest relations, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and handle their specific needs and requests.
Proactively address and resolve guest complaints and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and loyalty programs.
Train and guide front desk and concierge staff on service standards and guest interaction.
Gather guest feedback and report insights to management for service improvement.
