The Supervisor will lead a team responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of all winery equipment, tanks, pipelines, and processing areas. You will develop and implement detailed cleaning schedules, ensure the correct use of cleaning agents and sanitizers, and monitor their effectiveness. Key responsibilities include performing regular quality checks, maintaining detailed records of cleaning activities, and ensuring compliance with food safety and industry regulations.
