Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Sanitation Compliance Auditor to join their team, focusing on the prominent wine estates in the Paarl, Western Cape region. This hybrid role involves conducting thorough audits of sanitation practices, ensuring adherence to food safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations within winery operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the unique sanitation challenges in food and beverage production, coupled with excellent analytical and reporting skills. Key Responsibilities
