Motus Corporation is seeking a stock controller in Pretoria to deliver stock control support and ensure vehicle transactions are processed accurately and timely according to standard operating procedures.

The role involves checking vehicles for damages, validating VINs against delivery notes, ensuring keys and spare tyres are accounted for, and performing reconciliation with sign-off by management. Experience in automotive retail and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Formación

• Matric qualification.
• 3+ years' experience as a stock controller in the automotive retail industry.
• Autoline/ Drive system experience preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Check all vehicles for damages, scratches, dents.
• Ensure VIN numbers agree with delivery note.
• Record all damages and missing tools/spare tyre on delivery note.
• Lock away all keys in key safe and manage spare keys on receipt of vehicle.
• Perform proper reconciliation; sign off by MA and departmental manager.

Job Description:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering stock control support in order to process vehicle stock transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

• All vehicles are to be checked for any damages / scratches/ dents
• Ensure vin no's agree to delivery note
• Ensure spare keys, spare tyre, lighters, tools are in vehicle
• Record all damages, tools/spare tyre, lighter not received on delivery note.
• All keys to be locked away in key safe.
• Spare keys to be split on receipt of vehicle
• Proper reconciliation to be carried out
• Reconciliation may be signed by MA and departmental manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric qualification
• 3+ years' experience as a stock controller in the automotive retail industry
• Autoline/ Drive system experience preferable
