Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years' experience in Vehicle Sales Administration within a motor dealership.
• Experience with new and used vehicle sales administration.
• Knowledge of taxing, licensing and registration processes.
• Experience with stock control, invoicing and sales documentation.

Aufgaben

• Prepare deal sheets, quotations and financial documentation.
• Ensure all sales files comply with legal requirements and dealership policies.
• Handle online taxing, licensing and vehicle registration for new and used vehicles.
• Load new vehicle stock onto dealership systems and maintain stock records.
• Track inventory and remove sold units from stock records.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and handovers with customers.
• Keep sales executives and customers informed on delivery schedules.
• Process purchase invoices and allocate costs.
• Prepare and generate month-end vehicle sales reports.
• Maintain accurate and organised sales and vehicle documentation.
