The role focuses on preparing deal sheets, quotations and financial documents, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.

You will handle taxing, licensing and registration for both new and used vehicles, manage stock records, process invoices and generate month-end sales reports, while keeping stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in Vehicle Sales Administration within a motor dealership.
• Experience with new and used vehicle sales administration.
• Knowledge of taxing, licensing and registration processes.
• Experience with stock control, invoicing and sales documentation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare deal sheets, quotations and financial documentation.
• Ensure all sales files comply with legal requirements and dealership policies.
• Handle online taxing, licensing and vehicle registration processes for new and used vehicles.
• Load new vehicle stock onto dealership systems and maintain accurate stock records.
• Track current vehicle inventory and remove sold units from stock records.
• Monitor vehicle arrival times and coordinate vehicles for customer handovers.
• Keep Sales Executives and customers informed regarding vehicle delivery schedules.
• Process purchase invoices and ensure costs are allocated correctly.
• Prepare and generate month-end vehicle sales reports.
• Maintain accurate and organised sales and vehicle documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum, 2-3 years' experience previous Vehicle Sales Administration experience within a motor dealership.
• Experience with new and used vehicle sales administration.
• Knowledge of vehicle taxing, licensing and registration processes.
• Experience with vehicle stock control, invoicing and sales documentation.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Computer literate.
