Job summary

Select Motor Recruitment in Gauteng seeks a Stock Controller for a motor dealership. You will maintain accurate vehicle records, monitor stock levels, reconcile with the DMS, and ensure vehicles are accounted for from receipt to delivery.

The role requires Grade 12, 3 years' stock control experience in a motor dealership, strong Excel skills, and experience with DMS Evolve; meticulous, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Experience in stock control within a motor dealership is essential.
• Strong numerical and reconciliation abilities are necessary.
• Proficiency with Dealer Management System Evolve (Essential) and advanced Excel is required.
• Excellent administrative and reporting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all new, used, demo, and fleet vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle stock levels and aging reports.
• Reconcile stock with DMS and investigate discrepancies.
• Process vehicle stock transfers between branches as applicable.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock reports and assist with audits.
