Job summary

Jobtailor in Middelburg, Mpumalanga is seeking an organised administrative professional to manage the vehicle ordering-to-delivery process. You will support the sales team with delivery preparation, gather customer information for factory orders, and track items installed by workshops or third-party suppliers.

You will raise internal and purchase orders, monitor chassis order deviations, arrange customer financing, and prepare vehicle handovers and registrations with authorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process between vehicle ordering and customer delivery.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team for smooth, efficient, and accurate vehicle delivery preparation.
• Gather and document customer information to place vehicle orders with the factory.
• Follow up on customer requirements and vehicle items installed by workshops or third-party suppliers.
• Raise internal work orders and purchase orders for installed items.
• Monitor and address chassis order deviations from the factory.
• Secure customer financing arrangements and accommodate service requirements such as R&M Contracts.
• Plan and manage activities from factory chassis receipt through customer delivery.
• Maintain vehicle order documentation packs.
• Prepare documentation to register vehicles with authorities.
• Process and allocate workshop and supplier purchase invoices to vehicle orders.
• Prepare vehicle handovers and demonstration vehicle reservations.
• Gather data for management reports.
• Liaise with aftersales to arrange and send service schedules.
