Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of bakery industry experience with at least 1 year in a selling role.
• Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the performance and maintenance of the van sales representatives to achieve profitability and growth.
• Conduct Gate Meetings before markets daily.
• Focus on Performance MTD, Execution and Discipline KPI’s.
• Coach, mentor and motivate Van Sales Representatives.
• In-market coaching of Van Sales Representatives.
• Ensure 100% hit rate of outlets within route.
• Conduct individual in-market visits with customers to address issues.
• Drive business development and grow the customer base.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Formulate and execute action plans to drive growth and market share.
• Pivot strategic directions and align change.
• Conduct regular training sessions with the training team on critical business skills.
• Conduct performance reviews.
